The fa\u00e7ade preserves the character of the street \u2014 salmon-toned render, lioz stone surrounds and timber joinery painted bottle green, with iron railings and planters \u2014 returning a residential use to an obsolete commercial space without breaking with the building's identity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-780ef12 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"780ef12\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Inside, the plan opens into a continuous living, dining and kitchen space, articulated by arches that soften the transition between areas. The materiality is warm and refined: micro-cement walls, oak wood flooring, worktop and accents in natural stone, and bespoke joinery integrating storage and shelving.
