They are distinct procedural routes under the RJUE: planning permission involves assessment and express approval by the municipality; prior notification is faster, when the operation fully complies with the applicable rules. The right choice depends on the case.
Many interior works are exempt from prior control or subject only to notification — it depends on the scope of the works and the building. We check before starting, to avoid future problems.
