Description
Collective housing project in Loures, with two buildings held in horizontal ownership across two plots, totalling 4.320 m². The aim is to create a contemporary, functional residential setting, tailored to the profile of the site.
On plot A, a multi-family building of 13 units (T1, T2 and T3) is arranged over a buried parking floor, three residential floors and a set-back technical floor. On plot B, two single-family housing blocks of 9 units on two floors follow the gentle south-to-north slope, adapting the layout to the various threshold levels.
