The studio Tiago R. Correia Arquitectos was mentioned in two of Portugal’s reference media outlets — Jornal de Negócios and ECO. The articles refer to the studio’s architectural contribution to the rehabilitation of the building at Rua da Bombarda 54, in Lisbon, in line with our approach to design and to the enhancement of architectural heritage.
The Bombarda 54 building is a paradigmatic example of urban rehabilitation, part of the effort to preserve Lisbon’s historic essence while adapting spaces to contemporary demands. The project, developed by Heed Capital, involved the studio in reconciling contemporary intervention with respect for the original architectural features.

Jornal de Negócios highlighted the development as a reference in the luxury property market. The one and two-bedroom apartments were designed to offer a high standard of comfort, with prices ranging from €650,000 to €990,000.
