In most cases, the property tax document (caderneta predial) and the exact location of the plot or property are enough. The land registry certificate, when available, enriches the analysis — and we take care of the rest.
Base (48 hours) gives an objective reading of the potential and constraints; Standard (3 working days) goes deeper into REN, RAN, easements and scenarios; Premium adds a volumetric study of the possible structure, with a timeframe adjusted to the scale.
It is — especially if the contract includes a feasibility clause or a verification period. A study like this has already prevented the purchase of a plot with no building capacity at all.
