Description
Multi-family residential building comprising twelve independent units, each rising two floors above threshold level, for a total gross floor area of 2.168 m². Set on a trapezoidal, gently sloping plot, the scheme unfolds in harmony with the scale and identity of the surrounding urban context.
The twelve semi-detached houses adapt to the topography: the ground floor, at street level, holds the living quarters — sitting room, open kitchen and a direct connection to the yard — while the upper floor gathers the private accommodation, with a master suite and two bedrooms. Each unit has two balconies, facing the street and the yard, preserving the relationship with the landscape.
